It is the perfect time for you to meet the doctor, learn about her background and qualifications, and for the doctor to learn about the your hopes, desires, and goals.
When you meet Dr. Mofftt, you will be pleased by how easy it is to talk to her. She listens to you very carefully about what you hope to accomplish through plastic surgery and she gives you ideas and suggestions drawn from her experience that you might not have considered. Most importantly, she can explain your options in terms that are easy to understand.
There is always time for questions. If you forget something or need to ask us a question, we welcome your call.
After Your Consultation
After your consultation with Dr. Moffitt, our office coordinator will meet with you to discuss fees and costs for the plastic and cosmetic procedures you desire. Some of our staff has had plastic and cosmetic surgery themselves and would be happy to share with you their experiences and feelings.
If you have a specific date in mind for the surgery, we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Patient Forms
Prior to your appointment, we ask that you take a few minutes to fill out our new patient packet. If you would like to fill out these forms in advance and bring them with you, download and open the file, then print it out, fill it out, and bring it in with you.
